Private Pilates Classes

“I have been fortunate enough to have attended Pilates classes taken by Shelley Kamil.
Shelley is a dedicated and inspirational instructor who has an obvious passion for her practice and for teaching.
Each class had clear focus and direction and I always felt supported and safe. Shelley always takes the time to explain the framework of the class and gives a detailed explanation and demonstration of each exercise.
During each class I feel that I was extended within my capability and at times Shelley supported me achieving some personal goals. At all times Shelley would make minor corrections as required so I felt confident that my technique was the best it could be.
